Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for four persons for these room categories:

2 Bedroom Partial Ocean View

Room rates are quoted for eight persons for these room categories:

2 Bedroom Oceanfront + Loft
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Additional Persons:
No additional person charge.
Additional charges apply for rollaway bed or crib at 10 USD per night.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
1 Bedroom Fairway View -- 4 persons
1 Bedroom Partial Ocean View -- 4 persons
1 Bedroom Ocean View -- 4 persons
2 Bedroom Fairway View -- 6 persons
2 Bedroom Partial Ocean View -- 6 persons
2 Bedroom Ocean View -- 6 persons
2 Bedroom Ocean View + Loft -- 8 persons
2 Bedroom Oceanfront + Loft -- 8 persons

Minimum Night Stay:
Two-night minimum stay required year round.
Three-night minimum stay required December 22 - January 4.
Four-night minimum stay required during Ironman Triathlon (Please contact hotel for dates).

Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 8.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Transient Accommodations Tax increases to 9.25% on July 1, 2010. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax.

Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Applies to dates of stay December - January 4. A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of 2 nights room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival for full refund of deposit.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in 3 pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.
